How can we strengthen sustainability with artificial intelligence in the BeIntelli project? We discussed this with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Turkey at the conference on “Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Life” with students from Bilkent University and Middle Eastern Technical University. We see many opportunities: Reducing emissions through intelligent traffic control, ride-sharing and more inclusive access to mobility.
The conference began with impulses from our project manager Sahin Albayrak and the former member of the Bundestag Dr. Andreas Nick, among others. We then presented our research projects and developed new ideas in interdisciplinary groups, which we would now like to develop further beyond the conference.
